The Georgia DARE Training Center will host a DARE Workshop June 24 thru June 26, 2012 in Dahlonega, Ga. Registration will take place on Sunday June 24 from 1Pm until 5Pm. The registration fee is $150.00 (Location is TBA). This workshop is in lieu of a DARE Conference.
Classes will begin Monday morning June 25 and end Tuesday morning at 12 noon. A total of 10 POST hours will be offered.
Georgia plans to implement the new "Keepin' It Real elementary curriculum in 2012. This training will be provided at this workshop.
The Georgia DARE Training Center is hosting Georgia’s 46th D.A.R.E. Officer’s Training (DOT) seminar, November 28 - December 9, 2011. If a law enforcement agency is interested in nominating an officer for this training please submit a letter of nomination on your agency’s letterhead, signed by the CEO or a designee to:
